Head of Global Talent Management is responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies, policies, and programs that align with a company’s business goals. Responsibility – Talent Management Planning and Operation: Develop and implement the talent management strategy and program. Identify critical talent needs and develop plans to attract, develop, and retain top talent globally. – Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified internal candidates for critical roles. – Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Ensure that performance management practices are aligned with business objectives and promote a culture of continuous improvement and development. – Learning and Development: Oversee the learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of employees. Identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives. – Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. Conduct employee surveys, analyze data, and develop action plans to address engagement and retention challenges. – Talent Analytics: Develop and maintain talent metrics and dashboards to track and report on key talent management indicators. Use data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in talent management practices. – Diversity and Inclusion: Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable work environment. Develop programs and practices that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent management processes. Qualification – A bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field – Extensive experience in talent management in a leadership or managerial role – Strong knowledge of global talent management practices across geographies – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze talent data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions – Demonstrated experience in managing complex talent management projects – Awareness and understanding of cultural differences to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment |
