About the team The mission of our AML team is to push next-generation machine learning algorithms and platform for the recommendation system, ads ranking and search ranking in our company. We also drive substantial impact on core businesses of the company. Currently, we are looking for Software Engineer - Deep Model Infrastructure to join our team to support and advance that mission. Responsibilities - Responsible for the design and implementation of a deep model infrastructure for feeds, ads and search ranking models. - Responsible for profiling and optimizing both training and inference frameworks to ensure efficient use of resources. - Work closely with the algorithm department to achieve joint optimization of the algorithm and system. Minimum qualification - Proficient in C++/CUDA/Python, and have solid programming skills. - Familiar with deep learning frameworks (Pytorch/TensorFlow). - Ability to work independently and complete projects from beginning to end and in a timely manner. - Good communication and teamwork skills to clearly communicate technical concepts with other teammates. About The Team The Data Ecosystem Team has the vital role of crafting and implementing a storage solution for offline data in the recommendation system, which caters to more than a billion users. Their primary objectives are to guarantee system reliability, uninterrupted service, and seamless performance. They aim to create a storage and computing infrastructure that can adapt to various data sources within the recommendation system, accommodating diverse storage needs. Their ultimate goal is to deliver efficient, affordable data storage with easy-to-use data management tools for the recommendation, search, and advertising functions. What you will be doing - Design and implement an offline/real-time data architecture for large-scale recommendation systems. - Design and implement a flexible, scalable, stable, and high-performance storage system and computation model. - Troubleshoot production systems, and design and implement necessary mechanisms and tools to ensure the overall stability of production systems. - Build industry-leading distributed systems such as offline and online storage, batch, and stream processing frameworks, providing reliable infrastructure for massive data and large-scale business systems. What you should have - Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, or related fields, with 3+ years of experience building scalable systems - Proficiency in common big data processing systems like Spark/Flink at the source code level is required, with a preference for experience in customizing or extending these systems - A deep understanding of the source code of at least one data lake technology, such as Hudi, Iceberg, or DeltaLake, is highly valuable and should be prominently showcased in your resume, especially if you have practical implementation or customisation experience - Knowledge of HDFS principles is expected, and familiarity with columnar storage formats like Parquet/ORC is an additional advantage - Prior experience in data warehousing modeling - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, and Scala is essential, along with strong coding skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively - Experience with other big data systems/frameworks like Hive, HBase, or Kudu is a plus - A willingness to tackle challenging problems without clear solutions, a strong enthusiasm for learning new technologies, and prior experience in managing large-scale data (in the petabyte range) are all advantageous qualities |

As a member of the Business Infrastructure DevOps team, you will be managing complex challenges at a scale unique using your expertise in coding, complexity analysis and large-scale system design. As a DevOps engineer, you will be responsible for managing, designing, and developing our cloud infrastructure by using best practices for infrastructure automation, including configuration management, continuous integration, continuous deployment and automatic site-building. What you will be doing 1. Design and develop infrastructure code to automate the deployment of cloud-based resources; 2. Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure deployment templates, using tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager; 3. Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and ensure availability, reliability, and security of resources; 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that infrastructure code meets business requirements; 5. Develop and maintain best practices for infrastructure automation and contribute to the development of our DevOps processes; 6. Ensure that all infrastructure changes are properly documented and communicated to all relevant stakeholders; 7. Provide support for production systems and troubleshooting issues related to infrastructure code. Minimum Qualifications - Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and best practices; - Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef; - Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management using tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager; - Strong knowledge of at least one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP); - Knowledge of networking and security concepts as they relate to cloud infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical background involving software/system engineering, or equivalent working experience; - Minimum of 4 years experience with the following: - Large-scale distributed systems, computing, storage, or databases(eg. SQL, NoSQL etc); - Designing, analysing, and debugging large-scale distributed systems. |

| Job Description HR process expert needs to oversee and optimize HR processes within the organization, working closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective HR operations. Responsibility - Process Design and Implementation: Establish HR process framework based on people strategy. Align with relative stakeholders to develop process workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance. Implement each process on IT system. - Process Operation and Optimization: Ensure the execution of standardized HR processes across the organization. Analyze and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or streamlining to keep optimization. Qualification - A bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Extensive experience in HR process management, process improvement, or HR operations. Previous role as process expert or operation and excellence leader in Shared Service Center is preferred. - Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools - Familiarity with HR systems and technology solutions, such as HRIS, ATS, and self-service portals - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze process data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. |
