1. Develop and implement large-scale machine learning algorithms to enhance conversion efficiency by modeling the real-time interests of creators.
2. Optimize the mining, ranking, and recall of creators’ product recommendations to improve the overall Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of the platform.
3. Utilize extensive data analysis to understand creators’ and merchants’ behavior, and devise targeted algorithm strategies to empower them, enhance monetization efficiency, and drive industry advancement.
4. Contribute to the rapid development of Our client’s e-commerce business, catering to millions of merchants, exploring efficient business models, ensuring the best shopping experience for users, and fostering a healthy ecosystem.
1. Possess a solid theoretical foundation in machine learning with at least 2 years of industry experience.
2. Familiarity with common algorithms such as matrix factorization, GBDT, LTR, Word2vec, DIN, and Deep&Wide.
3. Proficiency in Python and C++ programming languages.
4. Experience using open source tools like XGboost, TensorFlow, and Caffe.
5. Strong learning ability, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
