Responsibilities We're looking for experienced solution architects to join our enterprise solutions team and help our global key accounts merchants and partners accelerate their onboarding and integration with our global e-commerce platform capabilities by identifying key technical challenges and architecting technical solutions to resolve them. You will be challenged by complex sets of business and technical challenges as you leverage a broad range of technical disciplines and cross-team collaboration to ensure success for our clients and to unlock the potential provided by our e-commerce platform capabilities. As a solutions architect, you will - Be the principal owner for the development and delivery of integrated solutions to facilitate and accelerate the successful onboarding and platform-to-platform integration with our e-commerce platform for key merchant clients under your portfolio - Provide architectural design, technical consultation and customized development support for both direct integration with global e-commerce platforms via open platform APIs, and in-direct integration via common 1st and 3rd party connector applications (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Channel Advisor, Shopify, etc) - Work closely with our solution engineers and client partners to plan and execute joint engineering efforts - Provide single point of contact for all integration-related domain knowledge consultation, debugging support and technical inquiries - Identify opportunities for horizontal solutions and new feature development to continuously optimize operational efficiency and efficacy of our clients Qualifications - 5+ years experience of production coding experience, or 3+ years of technical solutions architecture experience - Familiar with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++. - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences - Ability to collaborate across different functional teams or stakeholder groups internally and externally - Demonstrated knowledge of open platform APIs and backend systems design. About The Team Our database development team is responsible for building and owning database products used by our company's infrastructure including but not limited to relational databases, distributed cache, key-value stores, document stores, and Graph stores. Responsibilities - Responsible for the design and implementation of a global-scale machine learning system for feeds, ads and search ranking models. - Responsible for improving use-ability and flexibility of the machine learning infrastructure. - Responsible for improving the workflow of model training and serving, data pipelines, storage system and resource management for multi-tenancy machine learning systems. - Responsible for designing and developing key components of ML infrastructure and mentoring interns.
