Position Overview

To better serve the global auto industry electric vehicle trend in the United States. We are seeking multiple dedicated and detail-oriented Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Specialists to join our quality assurance team. This role is critical in ensuring that all incoming materials and components meet our stringent quality standards, thereby supporting smooth production operations and maintaining product excellence.


Essential Functions

- Lead efforts to establish and maintain front-end quality control processes for incoming structural parts and materials.
- Develop and implement effective control schemes for incoming materials.
- Identify and address quality issues with incoming materials promptly to ensure smooth production operations.
- Conducting abnormal reviews and disposing of defective incoming materials.
- Addressing inconsistencies between initial and final product standards.
- Leading improvement initiatives and managing major quality issues through corrective actions.
- Work to continuously improve inspection techniques and methodologies to ensure high-quality standards.


Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality Management, Science, Engineering, or a related field; with a preference in Chemical Engineering or Material Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in quality management, quality inspection, laboratory management in a manufacturing setting; with a preferred experience in automotive manufacturing industry (e.g., main engine, first-class supplier) and power battery field.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with TS16949 quality system and quality tools, such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and SPC.
- Knowledge of CNAS laboratory accreditation standards and the requirements of laboratory management.
- Familiar with the chemical testing and analysis methods (e.g., C-S analysis, IC/GC, ICP)
- Proficient in office software suits, with strong data analysis skills and solid report writing abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance is required for this position.
- Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill level.

Responsibilities

- Oversee lifestyle (e.g. Food, Travel, lifestyle vlog) creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities
- Manage partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.


Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 2 years of operation-related work experience, and experience in lifestyle business is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills and strong empathy, master the operation methodology of creators and KOL.
- Excellent negotiation skills and cross-functional collaboration and integration capabilities, and have the ability to create and package influential events.
- Clear logic, strong execution ability, data analysis ability, strong self-drive, and certain ability to resist pressure.


Preferred Qualifications

- Preferred experience working as part of a global or international team.
- Preferred location in New York, Seattle and Los Angeles.

Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Work in an office-based operations environment, multitasking up to 25 online manufacturing systems and data analysis, rather than physical hands-on operations of equipment.
- Carrying personal mobile phones and data storage devices are strictly prohibited upon entry. All personal items must undergo X-ray inspection at entrance and exit screening for carrying prohibited items in protection of intellectual property of the company.
- The work environment for this position is determined by the supervisor. While the position is primarily office-based at a computer workstation, it may require some works in a cleanroom environment in the Fab.
- The position is primarily responsible for monitoring wafer processing, responding to alarms, analyzing the situation, following SOPs to handle all kinds of real-time issues, and documenting related works in proper reporting format and template.
- You will be expected to be fluent in using MS-Office products (including Excel/ Word/Outlook/ PowerPoint) and you will be required to learn to be fluently using handover system, wafer-related systems, or other home-grown systems.
- Work with the team and leadership to manage production efficiency/quality by leveraging procedures, supporting SOPs and identifying bottlenecks/issues to create solutions that support production goals. At the same time, responsible for the handover content and summarizing the problems encountered during the handover. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.
- Based on the department and the role, you may be asked to be on a Compressed Work Shift, which is based on 12-hour/day and 3 or 4 days/week schedule. The work shift can be day shift/night shift/front-half of the week/back-half of the week and the shift assignment will be decided/changed by your supervisor as business needs change.
- Training for these positions take 6-9 months to learn which include OJT, SOP learning, shadowing, video training, and actual production. (May need to go to TW HQs for training)


Special requirement

- YED: Memorize 50+ module defect codes per module, discover trends, production analysis, and mitigate production risk to align to daily goals.
- Others: Through SOP for abnormal product handling, we cooperate with MFG to make the production line smoother. Assist engineers when needed.


Minimum Qualifications

- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:
- High school Diploma required; AAS Degree or Technical Certificate preferred.
- 2-8 years of professional experience (in office or manufacturing work environment) or AAS with 0-2 years of experiences.
- Fundamental computer skill: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office/ Outlook; typing speed > 30 wpm.
- Data analysis abilities, process flow analysis, flexible work culture, develop procedures.
- Ability to learn complex procedures and planning for incoming material for processing.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, often sitting for long periods.
- Must be able to work on Compressed Work shift (day or night shifts, 12 hours/day, 3 or 4 days/week), and be flexible to work overtime to assist business needs. (Regarding the details of the day and night shift rotation policy, please inquire with the hiring manager during the interview.)
