Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director for the city of New Jersy to oversee daily logistics, delivery, and warehouse operations across regional markets. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and strategic thinking to ensure seamless last-mile execution, vendor management, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be trained through a rotational system and supported by a team of specialized supervisors.


Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage operations of delivery service providers (DSPs) and sorting centers, ensuring adherence to company standards and performance metrics.
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols, including routine safety drills and compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activities and generate regular performance and compliance reports.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance procedures.
- Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement across all operational areas.
- Oversee third-party warehouse operations, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with service standards.
- Coordinate cross-border logistics between China and international markets to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Lead budgeting, cost control, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking for warehouse and delivery teams.
- Conduct daily control meetings and team performance evaluations.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with qualified DSPs.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance service quality and operational performance.

Qualifications

Education and Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, including in a leadership role overseeing legal teams.
- Extensive experience in commercial and transactional law, litigation management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of leading litigation and government investigations.
- Experience in labor and employment law, particularly in the food delivery or e-commerce space is highly preferred.
- In-house legal experience within a multinational corporation is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing legal matters in Canada is a plus.

About The Company

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the CFO
- Develop and manage accounting systems, processes and internal controls
- Oversee all general and subledger postings ensuring compliance with US GAAP
- Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with US GAAP
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to internal and external parties
- Ensure compliance with SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley rules and requirements 
- Comfortable navigating through ERP, various databases, and general productivity software tools
- Support Chief Financial Officer in budgeting and forecasting
- Liaise with tax advisors in various states and countries as necessary
- Consolidate accounting across domestic and international entities
- Cash management


Qualifications Required

- Certified Public Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- Ten years of relevant experience, including at least four years with a Big 4 accounting firm
- Highly experienced in accounting operations, enterprise resource planning and productivity software
- Experience in supervising accounting personnel


Preferred

- Familiarity with Bitcoin mining, data centers and/or energy
- Experience in capital fundraising and M&A activities

Responsibilities

- Direct legal filings and compliance with all regulatory and exchange rules.
- Draft, negotiate and execute commercial, financing, acquisition and other agreements.
- Coordinate legal issues across operations in multiple states and countries. 
- Assist in due diligence and structuring for acquisitions and partnerships.  
- Supervise and coordinate work of outside lawyers.
- Serve as corporate secretary and prepare minutes and board resolutions.
- Liaise with legal authorities, regulatory agencies and trade groups.
- Develop policies and procedures for legal and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate degree from a leading university.
- Admission to the bar in at least one state, preferably in Texas.
- 10-15 years of experience in legal services and/or as in-house counsel. 
- Deep expertise in U.S. securities laws, regulatory filings for publicly listed companies and AML/CFT.
- Highly experienced with commercial agreements.


Preferred:
- Familiarity with Bitcoin mining, data centers and/or energy would be helpful.
- Experience in capital fundraising and M&A activities would be a plus.

Responsibilities

- Planning, construction, and operational management of water-cooled/air-cooled IDC (Internet Data Center) facilities
- Leading the setup of infrastructure such as power, water, and network at sites, as well as managing suppliers (familiarity with U.S.-based vendors required)
- Designing and implementing backup power systems, network and IDC cybersecurity systems, and fire protection systems
- Managing server hardware deployment, maintenance, and optimization
- Establishing and optimizing operational processes at sites to improve energy efficiency and safety
- Exploring emerging business models and partnerships related to AI computing power and IDC services
- Overseeing operations across multiple sites

Qualifications:

Core Skills
- Technical knowledge of server hardware, network security/defense systems, and backup power systems
- Proficient in IDC (Internet Data Center) operations; understanding of AI computing power market trends
- Experience in supplier/vendor management
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
Experience Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in IDC or BTC mining facility construction and operations
- Experience working with overseas suppliers is a plus


Preferred Qualifications:

- Possession of relevant certifications such as CISP or CCNP
- Familiarity with IDC regulations and policies in North America
- Experience managing operations for large-scale data centers
