The supply chain is one of the core team of the global e-commerce business, who are responsible for the selection of goods, procurement, warehousing, inventory management and other business modules. Global e-commerce supply chain team aims to improve customer experience with warehouse & logistics & supply chain technology, empower the merchants to ease and expand their business worldwide with reliable and trustable fulfillment capabilities, so as to make more affordable and high-quality products sell easily and a better life within reach.
We are looking for a Tech Lead to build the large scale distributed system for our global e-commerce supply chain & logistics team.

Job Description

- Responsible for the research and development & architecture of the international e-commerce supply chain, including but not limited to warehousing, inventory, suppliers and other systems, to provide efficient and intelligent supply chain solutions for international e-commerce;
- Design a system model and business architecture that meets international business needs and has scalability based on business characteristics and industry best practices
- Provide effective solutions for technical problems such as high concurrency and performance bottlenecks in the business process;
- Maintain the quality and stability of the system, and guide engineers at all levels to continuously optimize various technical indicators of the system.

Qualifications:
-BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related major, 5+ years of industry experience in a software development environment
- Skilled coding ability, skilled use of at least one programming language such as Java/Golang/C++, and related technology stacks;
- Familiar with commonly used middleware, such as message queues, caches, scheduled tasks, etc., and understand the principles of middleware;
- Possess certain experience in architecture design and implementation, and have a good accumulation in high-availability, high-performance, and high-scalability architectures;
- Deeply understand the related theories of distributed systems, such as load balancing, distributed transactions, CAP/BASE, etc.
- Have led the design or reconstruction of medium and large complex systems, experience in e-commerce and retail-related fields is preferred

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional (Americas) Director of GTM to join our organization.
As a GTM Director, you will excel at cross-functional collaboration and work with leadership, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and headquarters in China to deliver value to users through new technology and product launches. You will leverage your product knowledge and understanding of the market to maximize customer satisfaction with our products. You will be responsible for development of regional product roadmap, Go-to-Market planning, P&L management, product launches, market research, and monitor competitive activity. Requirement

- Provide local market intelligence to global headquarter to influence global product and marketing strategy to achieve business target and growth in US market.
- Explore potential partnerships to develop joint promotions.
- Support corporate business development in the region, including collaboration with HQ marketing / BD / product / design functions
- Monitor campaign and project performance with great sense of data analysis and reading abilities with Bi (a-must). By data performance, you can optimize our future campaigns and projects, improve the customer experience, analyze the conversion rate.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for multi-projects and multi-campaigns, for example, all performance marketing channels, CRM, BI, UED, operation teams, sourcing teams, HQ teams, to make sure the campaign and projects can be implemented smoothly.
- Work closely with global offices to collaborate on marketing and merchandising campaigns


Qualification

- 4+ years of working experience
- Experience in a fast pace growth environment with a start-up or scale-up will be a plus
- Familiar with e-commerce and travel products
- Excellent ability in verbal and written English; strong presentation skills are a must
- Strong analytical skills and mindset, and preferably familiar with analytics tools
- Results-driven, ambitious and able to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations
- Good knowledge of technology, e-commerce and web trends
- Willing to travel when required.

Team Introduction

The Data Platform team works on building data infrastructures and data products to support business engineering teams.

As a Software Development Engineer in the data platform team, you will have the opportunity to build, optimize and grow one of the largest data platforms in the world. You'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience on all kinds of systems in the data platform ecosystem. Your work will have a direct and huge impact on the company's core products as well as hundreds of millions of users.


Responsibilities - What You'll Do

- Design and build data transformations efficiently and reliably for different purposes (e.g. reporting, growth analysis, multi-dimensional analysis)
- Design and implement reliable, scalable, robust and extensible big data systems that support core products and business
- Establish solid design and best engineering practice for engineers as well as non-technical people.


Qualification

- BS/MS from a quantitative field of study (CS, STEM, etc)
- Experience in API, backend, and data services development
- Experience in Big Data stack(Hadoop, M/R, Hive, Spark, Metastore, Presto, Flume, Kafka, ClickHouse, Flink etc.)
- Experience with ETL (Extraction, Transformation & Loading) or ELT, and architecting data systems
- Ability to ship code in Java, Python and SQL
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
